Jack in the box #935; order #184. I purchased a large curly fries in the drive thru lane and they gave me curly fries only on the top of the container and filled the bottom with regular fries. BOTH fries were old and cold. If they would have been edible, no complaints. But BOTH taste like crap. I was only about a mile away, so it couldn’t have turned cold that quick.
Desired outcome: Refund would be appreciated, but they need to be told that was wrong to sell crap like that knowing they’ll be away when they find out.
