What would you feel like if you family become victims of crimes and abused by security personnel? Would that be acceptable to you?

No security personnel at entrance/exit near currency exchange place at Westfield San Francisco Center. They come too late even after request of help. They do let crimes happen throughout the malls. Once crimes happen, victims try to report their experiences and to follow up.
Local people do know that Westfield San Francisco Center usually shuts voices of customers who are victims of crime just because their revenue might be affected. Local people consistently say that security people at Westfield San Francisco Center should be replaced. Even local stores near Westfield San Francisco Center were upset for me saying that totally unacceptable!

I was intimidated and scared by Vince Sanchez (head of security) to leave right away and never to come back. Otherwise, they would call police and point a gun to any victime of crime. I'm not a criminal but a victim of crimes. Westfield San Francisco Center does care about money but not about safety and human rights.

Vince Sanchez : You wouldn't be able to understand what innocent people who were abused by you feel like until the same would happen to you or your family in the future.
