Starbucks

Saturday 5-13-23 they didn't have any chairs outside and it's blazing hot. I come to this Starbucks specifically because they have chairs out front and it's near my job. I arrived at 2:30pm. Earlier during the week they didn't have the chairs out front and told me that it's because one of the employees felt that it was cold outside. This location needs to be more consistent with putting the chairs out front. My position is that it doesn't matter if you are hot or cold. If it is your job to put chairs out in front of a building it is your job to put chairs out. I complained here because it's very difficult to get a complaint in through the Starbucks website. That could be a 2nd complaint.
