I did not sign up for a continued payment for just answer. It was a ONE time use and fee of $51 on May 30th.
The company Just Answer has charged me $46 on June 27th which was NOT authorized by me.
I’m contacting my bank to stop this fraudulent charge from continuing.
Please STOP this company from continuing! Obviously, according to all the complaints they continue to fraudulently charge people. As long as you allow them to get away with it that will continue the fraudulent charges and unless people complain they won’t get their money back.
Desired outcome: They need to cease and desist immediately charging my credit card with out my consent.
