A week ago I contacted my new Pharmacy to have my disabled wife's medications transferred. I went to pick up the prescriptions from the new Pharmacy my health insurance insisted on, and nothing was transferred. Vons didn't transfer anything, and no longer than normal return calls, I know they are busy but what happened to the customer service we made pharmacies rich for?. I have spent 3 days between Two companies, Vons not issuing or acknowledging their phone recipients and not transferring valuable life stabilizing medication information to CVS. CVS also busy, not able to wait the long terms hold times to connect with someone
I understand how busy they are but get it together Vons, I'm not paying the vons corporation for their more expensive drugs! I'm tired of the little man paying the over paid CEOs etc. Transfer my wive's medications before it's too late. There will be consequences if this isn't resolved!
