From there (look at the attachment) the 2022 wasn't permited from Canada to Argentina. But even if they charged me 196 cad $ to keep the credit open (another lie to robbed me money, I paid that with no other choice)
From there and after 20 emails and the fact the company don't want to reimburse at all, no money came back, NOTHING.
Last person I communicate with to tried to have an agreement was : PAUL, but he just elongated the time without no results.
Guess what he don't work a traveler help desk anymore : TRUTH or another lie.
This traveler company shouldn't have a licence they spam a lot of people. How I can report them and pursuit them, incredible the mount of people was abused with this company?
Are all the travel companies in the u. s are that dishonest, don't think sooooo.

Traveler HelpDesk - Refund bad customer service

Jenny Hernández On October 26 2021 I bought 3 airplane tickets from Bogotá Colombia to Mexico city on the web page cheapfaresnow for $1, 579.00 dollars with the confirmation number 130758 I received the confirmation email also from the bank the confirmation of the money being withdraw from the credit card.
But never got my reservation number on the next day I call the local number they have for Colombia I spoke with an Indian representative with a very heavy accent and said that their where no more seats for that flight and that I had to pay $798.00 dollars more Wich did not make any sense since it was not my mistake so the representative was very rude so I just hanged up and called back and I got a very nice young lady that trasfered me with a supervisor by the name of Jameson ext 1346 we spoke for aprox 1 hour and said the same thing that I hade to pay I explained that it was not my fault that their company advertised airplane tickets and sales them when their out of seats. So finally he gave me the new flight with out paying any extras I got an email with the reservation number XEU98N with the airline Volaris on October 30 I tried to do my check in and it did not allow me to do it I called customer service of the airline and they said that I had to arrive a little earlier and with the cardholder Wich was my mother. So I arrived at the airport at 7am and that is when eveythin gets worst because of covid 19 restrictions eveything takes longer I got to the counter for my check in with my mother when they tell me to do my check in but there is a fraud alert on my reservation my mother showed her card her I'd they took pictures send that info to volaris verification office and they said that was not the card that was used for that payment. So I called cheapfaresnow they said there was no problem that they did not understand what was happening. So I called travelershelpdesk. Customer service and I got a supervisor by the name of Max and his answer was that there was nothing he could do that I had to pay again that is an answer that does not make any sense y was with 2 kid age 6-8 Wich they were hungry thirsty cranky sleepy as u can imagine they were up since 5:30 am while Al this went on it was noon and nobody could help me. Their only answer was pay again a told him to book on the next dat flight he said no check with another airline he said it was imposible because there were no more flights as I was speaking to him I was checking online and almost every airline had flights so he was not wealing to help what he told me was that there was a flight on that same day but I hat to pay 3 thousand dollars more Wich did not make any sense paying for something I had already payed for I told him as a compensation as a good Customer service help me book me with any other airline y don't care if it makes several stops he did not do it he said all I can do is give you a refund in 30 business days Wich would be approximately in December 18 meanwhile I have to pay interest on my credit card for a service I never got and he said I have wasted to much time with you and hanged up the call
I called him back and said there is nothing else I can do for you wait for your refund so there was no compensation for Al the trouble the humiliation that I went through at the airport with the fraud alert because we pay them with one card and they use another card. Plus the charge on my card was for $1, 579.00 and the airplane tickets cost $1, 490.94 so I was over charged $89.00 dollars more Wich ir very dishonest

Desired outcome: Get my money back and a compensation
