Grudgingly fixed my service
Cared less if the problem got fixed
Cared nothing about me as a customer
Sent me a message when my next bill was due
Never followed up on my complaints
Refused to give me the number to the presidents office
Were rude - arrogant - secretive
And
Not once wished me a Merry Christmas!
