Cold Stone Creamery

Purchase medium sized french vanilla and chocolate ice cream in a cup today. Less than 3 minutes after eating it, I became sick and vomited 3 times.

I noticed that the ice cream was not cold. It was warm. I suspect that the freezer's temperature is turned down. I also noticed that the ice cream was melted, more than likely because it was not cold

On August 9th at the Clairemont location I took my son for Ice Cream. There were a group of ladies ahead of us and there were 2 people working. The lady was helping the 3 ladies and the other guy was doing something in the back. After for waiting our turn for 20 min or so another lady entered and got a cake. The guy came out and helped the lady who literally just got there. When I told him it was our turned he ignored me and continued helping her. Finally when he came to help us I told him again that we were waiting for a while and he was extremely rude and rolled his eyes. His name was David and he needs to learn customer service.
