On 10-13-2010 at approximately 6:00 p.m. I was in the Target store in San Bernardino, CA. While waiting to conduct by business, I witnessed an exchange between an African-American, female security guard and a young man. The young man was attempting to purchase items needed to participate in the Cal-Works Program. He was told that this transaction must be done before 5:00 p.m. He asked to speak with a supervisor or manager. Instead of calling the supervisor or manager, security was called. The Black female security officer approached the young man and said"### you and your mother". She then called a male security officer, who immediately got in the young man's face, talking very rudely. This all happened for no apparent reason, as the young man was polite and instigated no trouble. Your security officers apparently have control issues and are abusing what authority they think they have. These type of employees are a liability to Target. I don't know if Target has had any problems in the past, but someone will come along, who can afford an attorney and cause legal problems for these to ignorant individuals.

What part of I was standing there looking into all three faces, don't you understand? And yes, I heard and saw every single part of that exchange. DUH!
Sorry helpNu:
It is not here say if you are standing there looking into their faces. I am going to inform every agency I can. I am a professional, educated and not poor. I know where to complain and how to word them without being threatening. Someday it may be you. Hopefully not me, I have an excellent attorney.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
It IS heresay unless you were with those people both prior to the conversation and afterwards. Maybe they had an exchange earlier that day that you missed?
I highly doubt that you heard and saw every single part of that exchange. I'm sure there is more to the story.
