I had a cosmetic surgery procedure done 12/7/22. I was in server pain during the procedure crying and shaking the whole time, I was not properly sedated I felt every cut and jab. I felt like I was being tortured. I talked to the clinical manager on staff she said there was nothing she could do they are not in the business of pain free surgery, I was crying and shaking after speaking with her, she did not care at all for how I felt. Also the procedure I was having done was supposed to be followed up with Lazer treatment. The doctor did not do and when I asked the clinical manager said it's doctors choice, but I paid for that and it did not get done. I have hard knots and lumps on all the areas that I had treatment done, and I'm still in severe pain. This is not right! I need help. I'm $20,000 invested in this.
Desired outcome: Talk to office manager, not clinical manager. Make this right!
