Perhaps I'm spoiled because I grew in Utah and shopping at Albertsons. On 12/23 I went into the store to buy my meal for Christmas. I was sent away there was no butcher, "come back tomorrow" I went back, no butcher, no problem through because one is working for 3 hours tomorrow (Christmas Day) be here at 8am to get it. I was there at 8:10am and was told no butcher. I went to the manager told him what I was told, he was actually there and asked by the employee on 12/24 if there was a butcher, he said yes, two. But when I brought that up looked at me with black stare and basically said whatever. I understand it's Christmas, but there was ZERO attempt to give an alternative, or solution, there was no "I apologize for any miscommunication, nothing". This is the same manager that was snippy with my wife about a year ago. That was the last time she was in your store. Most of the people there are great, but this manager is not a leader. Additionally today I ordered at Starbucks, the manger was understaffed and shutting Starbucks down early and the way he spoke to the girls was incredibly offensive. It completely changed the mood of the workers, they apologized to me, but said that is him and how he is to them. Again the stress of Christmas especially retail sucks but, not that much. If this was at any of my families many owned stores in Idaho, Wyoming, and Utah, this person would not last as a manager. Very rude.
