What is wrong with your people at store #3572 in Riverside CA? Two mistakes in 3 weeks. The first, I ordered a chili burger and when I got home, there's no chili, it was dry. Today 1/5/2021, order #106, I ordered the double jack and I get a plain cheeseburger. There is no effective management at this store. When I spoke today with the manager, it sounded like I was not important and she could care less. I also think there there is an English speaking problem causing orders to be made wrong. My dream is for the corporation to fire everyone especially the manager and the cook at this store and replace them with people who can handle the job. Thanks.
