I bought two Dr. Sheffield anti itch creams and was charged for three. I went back the next day to get my money back and they refused. They wouldn't even offer me a credit. The very rude girl working there said something about "I have to check the video tape."

I asked her when she planned to check these "video tapes" and she said the manager would be there in two more days. I told her that the error was their and that for good customer service she should be handling this situation better. At least let me get an exchange item for my trouble, but she refused saying it was "company policy" not to offer anything. I was not happy and told it was terrible customer service. She didn't care at all.

Good grief! Terrible customer service.
