I've had issues with the cashiers twice. First time my transaction got charged twice. My money didn't get refunded till a little pass two weeks. That was more then 200 dollars. Due to that bad experience the manager was very nice and apologized by giving us 50 % on our next purchases. Second time we went, there was two transaction done due to the amount of clothes we were going to purchases. Once done one transaction was erased, however the lady was able to tell us our total before erasing. Both ladies had to go thru the whole merchandise once again waiting for 20 minutes till they figured out what was changed and what wasn't. While waiting the cashier was so rude not apologizing for the mistake or our time. When they rang everything up again the total didn't match with the previous one. That's when me and my husband questioned it and the cashier ask us to feel free to check both receipts and ask us to step aside so she can take the next customer. I was in disbelief on how she wanted us to fix the problem. She was cold and very disrespectful. I have four kids and every three month we go there and spend up to 400 dollars for this to happen. Extremely disappointed with this store.
