Old Navy

Good evening

On December 4, approx at 545 pm, I went to the Old Navy Store in Ledgewood, Roxbury, NJ, where the cashier and store manager, Erin was rude and disrespectful. I had super cash of $60, I had forgotten the super cash the other day, Sat when I bought some clothes. I was told on Sat to bring my receipt back with my super cash and I would be reimburse of what I spent.

On Monday, Dec 4th, I returned to the same Old Navy, where the store manager and cashier was rude and said that I couldn't get my cash back. I explained to them what I was told on Sat by their employee, they said no and was arguing with me. I don't know how I was gong return all clothes I bought on Sat as I already had worn some of the outfits. I had the receipt to show proof and they didn't want to acknowledge the recepit. They were yelling and made a scene in front of other customers. I will NEVER GO BACK TO OLD NAVY IN ROXBURY< NJ again. Very disrespectful.

I am out of$30 and I will let others know about Old Navy how they are rude to customers.
