Maria Knotts ordered a 16 foot container for a criss country move. They delivered an 8ft container instead and when she called to report the error they said she would have to wait 7-10 days for the correct container. She could not wait because she had to be out of her house. She had to give away half of her furniture and rent an SUV to move and PODs still charged her for the 16 foot container on top of 30 days storage which she did not ask for. They refused to adjust her bill to compensate for their error. How can a company with so many complaints continue to rip people off. This is fraud.
