Liberty Tax Service - Payment not received

I filed my taxes LAST year... Called every month to find out what's going on. After talking to IRS found out one of my children has SS# put in wrong and also my middle name... I keep getting the run around this was my first year using Liberty and will be my last. The staff just keeps saying its pending... It's been pending for a year that's no help. Never have I ever dealt or had my taxes messed up in over 20 years.

Desired outcome: I want my income taxes or a reason why I haven't received them
