Hi, last month (5/15/23, time - 18:24:07) my husband purchased a luggage [846997- London Fog 28" expandable 8-wheel spinner) for $107.74 ([protected])] at 27690 Santa Margarita PKY, Mission Viejo, CA 92691. Unfortunately in one journey, the seams started falling apart so we had to get the suitcase wrapped at the airport on the way back. When we went to return the suitcase at TJ max, they asked us to email London Fog at [protected]@leisureluggage.com but we have sent 3 emails to them but haven't heard back from them. I would appreciate if this issue can be resolved quickly. Thanks!
Desired outcome: We should be able to return the suitcase and or get the money back
