Calvin Klein - handbag

While on holiday in USA, San Jose, I bought a Calvin Klein handbag in Jul 2014. I used the bag 3 times and its peeling like a snake skin! Please refer to the pictures attached. I would like Calvin Klein to solve this problem and its up to them to refund me or replace for me. Thank you!
