I took Subscription of YUPP TV (Yupp HINDI PREMIUM GOLD) a week back and paid for a 6 months subscription. From the time I took Subscription none of the channels work, some channels don't have any sound(it appears as it is muted) for others screen gets frozen after every 2 minutes and you will have to come out of the application and then go to yupp tv application again. Its very frustating that after paying for 6 months you can't watch TV. When customer care is contacted they redirected to technical support. THe technical support is so unsupportive that they will not even bother to respond to you even after wiating in the chat room for half an hour. I was chatting with somebody named RENU, she didn't cared even to respond after so many times I pinged her on chat. I don't know what to do now as they will not fix the issue and I have already paid them for 6 months.
