Ross Dress for Less - Store employee

The loss prevention employees were following myself and children in store the whole visit. My daughter was in the changing room trying on clothes. While my daughter was back there a woman walked to the back with some clothing that set off an alarm. The security all came to the back and one of the undercover guards was literally stirring at me with an evil look. One of the guys attempted to go to the back and I said to him "no men allowed back there". The guy turned to go into a another door and vanished. During our last trip in the changing room the security comes out again and he is still looking at me like he wants to kill me. I ask the guy why are you harassing us? He says what? I said why are you harassing us. The guard responded and said ***** if you don't like it get the hellout my store than... I tried to complain about this but I do not believe this is going to be handled right. The employee said he pick and choose who he follows around the store. He said his job is to stop people from stealing. I asked him did I give any indications that I am a thief? He never responded to that question. I spoke to manager who was more shocking as he explained to me that all employees in his store is not racist and his employees don't talk like that. The employee from store clearly made a hand gesture pointing to the door as he was telling me to get the hell out his store, forgetting to mention he called me a ***** During all of this 3 African American boys entered the store and the young lady at front register called a security and told the security to watch the kids because they have back packs. The kids told the guard you can hold my bags upfront I'm just waiting on my mom to finish shopping. The employee told the kid they was not allowed to enter store with any shopping bags or back packs. But the problem other people was allowed to bring their bags in. This store has serious diversity issues and business related expectations on one scale

Update by Equal Opportunity

Both employees are a complete disgrace to Ross company. Intially the issue was with Gerson but when Omervthe store manager spoke so was shocked, very. After I complained and told Omer about the racist remark Gerson stated to me( Gerson called me a [censored]) Omer replies to me " I'm black too none of my employees are racist" for 3 mins we had a debate about whose black. Totally unreal. So what if he is. What do it have to do about what was said to me. Employee Gerson made a hand gesture to me and my 11 year old son. If corporate reads this check the cameras on this day 2/29/2020 at around 9pm by fitting room. I was wearing black sneakersC gold or brown looking Levi shorts and a black and gray hoodi. The top part of hoodie is gray and bottom half is black. I can't prove what Gerson said because He said it before I thought to pull my camera out. However employee Sherri lies and said Gerson didn't say or do anything well I need corporate to take a look for themselves. If Gerson can get away with calling me a [censored] and than point to the door and tell me to get the hell out of I don't like it, oh this is just madness. This is a equal opportunity country. I should have the right to shop while colored and not feel like I am being targeted. Although I could not validate that feeling so surely asked the guard why are you harassing me? He responded " [censored] if you don't like it get the hell out my store" while saying this he even pointed to the door. And Omet denies this very behavior. I felt this was solely a black thing because they harassed 3 black kids a half before that and even kicked the kids out of store after only being in store for 10 mins. Not all black people steal, the n fact no one is perfect. What gives the right for those guards to pick and choose people who they think is likely to steal by race. All I know is if I hadn't spent so much time picking out clothing so would have just left but I finished shopping only because it was for my kids. And my children were with me
