Planned Parenthood Federation Of America [PPFA]

I set up an early appointment for my birth control refill for a reason. I show up on time and make enough time also to go in and right out. But in doing that doesn't make any difference in the waiting time. I have a job and other responsibilities to attend to. Which almost makes it useless to make an appointment and being on time. I have to always reschedule because I don't have time to wait that long to get my birth control refill when I made ahead an appointment for. I understand there are others before me and walk ins too. But even not making an appointment and walking in is even more longer wait too. Something needs to be done, regulate the appointments, set out the schedule on what's more quick and efficient. Please prioritize accordingly, not everyone can just sit there waiting as long while the nurses are on their phones or talking instead of getting the next patient to the next.
