Jack In The Box

I ordered food with my EBT/food stamps card and the lady was so careless and rough with the card that she scraped the magnetic strip off of the card so that it cannot be read anymore and must be replaced which takes a week to get a new one.
I need this card for food since I am very poor.

Now because she ruined the card I am forced to pay for my order with a credit card and also must use my credit card for food until the new food stamps EBT card comes.

this order costed me
$13.64

The worker also didn't take the blame for ruining my card
my card had no scratches on the magnetic strip at all before this hapend.

I would like to be paid back for this order by a gift card for jack n the box and also some extra for my trouble of the worker ruining my EBT food stamps card.
