Just got a letter stating that "this is an attempt to collect a debt".
I have never ordered anything from this company.
I tried to call, but got a message telling me how to pay this bill.
I went to the website (www.collectpros.com) but got the same thing.
There is no way to get ahold of a person to dispute this claim.
I have seen on the internet that many others have received this same claim and that it is just a scam.
They provided reference #1031264 - Amt. due $144.16

I ordered the equinox anti aging cream and I received a pink letter asking for payment of an item that I did order, but I only ordered a trial size for $4.99 and have not gotten any more products so what is the bill for? I have called all of the numbers advertised here and on the pink letter but I can't reach a real person to explain to me why I received a bill.
