I have a brain injury and am a single mom and I walked in the cold with the help of my child to purchase food at Jack in the box on 7th and Atlantic, Long Beach CA to find that they closed the front doors and locked them before the 10pm closing time and I don't have a lot of other choices when my brain shuts down to feed her and this happens a lot, and they just ignore you. I got someone to answer the phone which never happens there, and they said, knowing because they can see the line wrapping around meaning there were 3 cars in the driveway, they said I could walk with the card in the drive through if there were not more than 2 cars. Crazy there were3 of course so hooray we starve, and it didn't matter why because they do this all the time. It shouldn't happen once even if no signs were posted that's what other places do when they want to lie and close early the dining room.
