They put on brackets and bands for my daughter to only the top teeth. A few hours after she had them placed, one of her bands came off. We went in the next morning to get it fixed. The front office that there was no one there to fix it…. but then one of the girls said “wait, let me take a look, I might be able to do it”…. I don’t believe that was even part of her job. She did look at it and put it in and then gave my daughter a doctors tool to take home and to try to do it herself next time.

She was to be seen again in 6 weeks for adjustments. When the time came they said they had to reschedule. Then that continued to happen. They are not flexible and don’t have availability for 3-4 weeks later. After not being seen since her initial visit after for 2 months, I wanted a refund. They only refunded me $1900 or the total $5000 I spent…for 1 visit, only braces on her top teeth, and no adjustments. They have waisted my daughter and my time. I had 2 other children go there for dental work too and the same went on for them….. the appointments are NEVER kept, they ALWAYS call to reschedule. When you do get in for an appointment, you need to be prepared to spend your whole day there. If your appointment is at 9:00am you could easily be there until 1:00pm until they call you in.

It was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made, taking my kids there. Please beware!
