I was there on labor day (september 6th) I made a couple of purchases that day, for my last one… I found a pair of shoes nothing to go crazy about, but the price was good, it was on clearance for 139.00 plus an extra 25% on top of that so I decided I wanted them. Long story short, when getting to the register paid for some items first (always use different cards) the cashier was a very nice and helpful guy but had problems scanning the shoes, when he was able to, price was higher that the clearance label, so he called his manager (old white man) in my receipt says Scott Kier, well as soon as he heard my accent he noticed I was latino and I noticed the change in his voice (racism). Before he even took a look in the computer he said it wasn't a clearance item (there was many more items in clearance from that brand and with discounts) and he took off the clearance stickers in FRONT OF ME (they were very very sticked and got ripped and damaged when he pulled them off, im sure they've been sticked in those shoes for days). I just said… can't pay that price (sad of course, tears almost coming out, for the way he treated me, felt humiliated) he just made a half smile and said: OK GREAT! Then he laugh (with a face of an accomplishment and racism) and left…. Of course took the shoes away (sadly racism is everywhere) I just think people like that shouldn't do costumer service… I have my receipt so you could check camaras, specifies hour, day, and counter, I spect some email apologies from the manager, just to make sure that you guys will do something about it,
feedback is good to make people employees better, I love sacks… consumers shouldn't be treated that way… ;(
