After over 3 hours on hold, we spoke with someone at the beginning of the month and said we wanted to cancel. We were successful in that Sparklett's came and picked up our water dispensing machine on 06/14/21. However they returned today to drop off more water. Looking at our account, it states that we do not have any equipment at our home and that we have zero bottles. Yet, we show a balance due of $27.49; that is an erroneous charge. It is impossible to reach anyone over the phone. Endless hold time. We no longer want service!
