This location is the worst you can go to.I just came home from being yelled at and threatened to have my membership revoked, Robert and Ken the two managers made me cry after yelling and accusing me of something so ridiculous.(bringing people in without memberships) i obviously was in a bad area, where they are use to dealing with people doing such things.after having to call my husband i finally got my keys back from Robert after he refused to give them back to me and saying he would revoke my membership.at the end my husband and Robert cleared up the misunderstanding but i received no apology.i am very angry because i was talked down to like i was a child, and being a loyal customer with a family plan i would expect good customer service as i receive at my main club location in Mission Viejo, Ca.Robert and Ken need to receive some experienced training in dealing with conflicts so they don't go over board as they did today.
