Lowe's - The manager, manny at store #53 in huntington beach

I rarely come into this Home Improvement Store because of the terrible Customer Service. I needed a smart pug that would link to my Alexa. I purchased a Wiz plug by Philips. It worked great at first so I went in a week later to purchase another one. I couldn't find the wiz plug so I bought a similar plug. The Wiz plug started blinking red and I spent four hours to try and reprogram the plug but it would not work. I had already threw the package away and was planning on keeping the plug until it started to malfunction. I ended up taking both plugs back and the return clerk, said he couldn't find my purchase history for the first plug I purchased. I asked to speak to a manager for this plug was only 14.99 and I was already put out to have to drive all the way to the store to return it. The Manager Manny came up and immediately said we don't carry Philips products, I told him I know for a fact I purchased this in your store. He was very condescending and disrespectful. I asked him to check my purchase history in which that even seemed to cause him frustration. I love being called a liar by a member of your leadership team, can't understand why your customers have to be treated like criminals for a simple return and at such a minimal amount of money. I want someone to look up my purchase history and give me a refund. My card was used twice in your store and that's it. I promise you I will not EVER be returning. I want a written email from this poorly trained manager, apologizing for his unprofessional and snarky behavior. Please retrain this person he is doing you no justice by representing your company in such a terrible and unprofessional manner. I would like this complaint resolved ASAP.
