Where do you start, from the moment you sign the contract to the day you get the keys, and later throughout the year and till the end of term of your contract you are constantly scammed. Hidden charges which are never explained to you, promises after promises which are never kept, needless to say very rude and unprofessional, oh and by the way, the person you sign the contract with you will never see, you can leave them 100 messages, they will never return your phone call, I found my office to be useless and never suitable for my business world. If you would ask me today, would I ever do business with regus, the answer is clearly never, would I recommend regus to anyone, the answer is never, would I ever work for regus, the answer is never, i'd rather collect food stamps.
I can go on for hours writing about my experience and have all the emails and notes of my experience with regus to support all my frustrations with there company. Finally the decision is yours and please approach regus with caution. Do not waste your hard earned money to end up getting scammed by regus... Good luck...

LOOK INTO WHAT, I SEND SEVERAL EMAILS AND LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES, EVERY TIME I CALLED OR EMAILED I GOT A DIFFERENT PERSON, I GUESS THIS MEANS HIGH TURNOVER.
NOTHING WAS EVER RESOLVED, YOUR HIDDEN CHARGES, OVER CHARGES, ARE OF MADNESS.
NO CONTRACT WAS EVER READ TO ME, NO CHARGE WAS EVER EXPLAINED TO ME, WHAT AND WHO CONSTITUTED YOUR RESTORATION FEES, CONTINUATION FEES, TEA AND COFFEE FEES. AS A CONSUMER I'M ALWAYS SLAPPED WITH EXTRA AND HIDDEN FEES.
AREN'T EVERYONE'S COMPLAINTS CONCERNING TO REGUS, I GUESS NOT. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO, REFUND MY RESTORATION FEES, RETURN MY CONTINUATION FEES, AND YOUR ALMOST $40 EACH MONTH FOR COFFEE AND TEA, WHICH BY THE WAY I HAD ONE CUP THE ENTIRE YEAR WHICH AFTER DOING THE MATH THE ONE CUP OF GREEN TEA COST ME OVER $400.00, AND USED THE OFFICE NOT TO EXCEED 4 HOURS THE ENTIRE YEAR, YOUR DO THE MATH, AND AT THE END PAYING CONTINUATION AND RESTORATION FEES, WOW, THANK YOU.
WELL I CONCLUDE BY SAYING, IT WAS A COSTLY MISTAKE, WHICH I WILL BE SHARING WITH EVERYONE I RUN INTO, AND TALK ABOUT FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. A MISTAKE I WILL NEVER MAKE.
