I walked into the store only wanting to do a return and I was next in line and the blond lady employee ID (616278) gave me so much attitude. I just wanted to do a simple return and I received so much talk back when all I came to do was a return. She was not polite nor was she nice in any manner that an employee should have towards a customer. I am a Latina women and I believe she was giving me this attitude because I was the only colored person in that room. Please teach her how to be respectful to ALL customers.
Desired outcome: Train associates to be polite
