Bloomingdale's

Hello,

I would like to file a complaint of a Glendale Gallery Bloomingdale's employee Annie Szewczyk (sales professional fine jewelry). I bought a watch for my brother as a gift from Annie Szewczyk couple of weeks ago. My mom came in today 11/28/2020 to return the gift because he did not like it. Annie gave my mom a difficult time with the whole process of returning the watch. She was being rude calling my mom names that she is a liar. The watch was unworn still with all tags on it. She was yelling at my mom saying this watch has been used that she cannot return it. It was very unprofessional my mother did not have to explain herself to her that she got a gift which the person did not like we have ever right to return it in the same condition we bought it. That was unacceptable to treat a customer.
