Kim the worst and rudest customer service in spectrum fullerton
Worst spectrum store 1437 S Harbor Blvd Suite 14, Fullerton, CA. Today I would like to share my experience with all of you in spectrum Fullerton branch. From about 12 days I went to buy 2 iphones 12 pro max. I went the first day I met Kim, worst customer service and spent like 4 hours and then they said something wrong with system and refused transaction so she said she will ship them and I will receive 2 emails for confirmation. I returned and till next day I didn't receive anything I went again next day to store I met another customer service she did the transaction and I received the 2 phones although Kim made me spend 4 hours without any benefit just waste of time. Then we decided to exchange one of the phones I went to another store they said I should go to same store I bought from so I went and they said again something wrong in the system come another day I went yesterday and only 2 days left for the period I would be able to return or exchange phone and to pay stocking fees and unfortunately I met KIM again she said something wrong with system again and she called customer service and gave me the phone after I finished I found her working with another client although the customer service told her to call IT department she ignored me for 2 hours and after that I complained someone else came to help and because she called the IT department late they said they can't do it come next day I got so upset and told them I have no time to come next day and the period will expire and that I will not leave without a solution. Kim came again and said you must leave before the customers leaving and she asked the security to take me out she is really the rudest customer service I ever saw she don't know how to work she damaged the account and then she refused to exchange the phone for me or even to solve the problem and finally wants to call the security to pick me out as if I am homeless. And when I asked to make a complaint against her they refused and the manager till now didn't reply as if she make that intentionally in order not to gave me the new one. Really worst spectrum store my opinion never to go there the one in Fullerton and take care not to go to Kim the rude customer service. And till now I didn't get a reply
