Stater Bros Markets - Money order service employee attitude, and employee attitude in general are rude and unprofessional!

Money order service employee, and employee attitude in general are rude and unprofessional! I'm 47 years old single mother with a disability and I have 2 disabled children. Everytime I go to Stater Bros, I'm treated horribly. The only reason I go there is to buy my money order for my rent. If it wasn't for this reason, I wouldn't bother going there!

Desired outcome: Employees should be fired for treating customers like animals!

Stater Bros Markets - Rude deli manager

I went in to get some fried chicken in the morning on 11/10/2020, and there was an older skinny black lady that came up to the deli counter to help the customers. She was being extremely rude and impatient with us. When it was my turn I asked for the special, the box of chicken. She snapped at me, and asked me with an attitude, "What do you want?" I repeated myself and said the box of chicken. She snapped at me again, saying, "Ok, but how much do you want?" I said the special right here on your sign. She said, "We have 8, 16, how many pieces?" I said 8. She started getting all the pieces, and I asked her if she could put in 2 of the kind in the front here? She said, "I already put 2 of those in there." I said 2 of these? She rolled her eyes at me and got real upset, and raised her voice at me and said, "the 8 piece is 2 of each kind of piece, and I already put those in the box. Do you want the chicken, or no!?"

When she was done helping us, she stomped off angrily towards the back. I couldn't believe it when another employee told me she was the deli manager, and they said her name was Yolanda? This is disgraceful. How can a manager act so angry/rude with the customers who haven't even said anything bad to her. How does she run the rest of her department? She obviously does not like customers. It just makes me feel paranoid about eating their food.
