ARCO

On 12/7/2023, I bought a product inside the Arco #42236 located at 7325 Sierra Ave. Fontana, CA 92336. When I’m about to get to my car, I noticed that the product was expired. I went back to the store and met with the franchisee. I asked if he could exchange the expired product but he stated, he could not exchange the product, it’s the law. I asked him what law is that? He insisted it’s the law and could not exchange the product. I asked who’s the owner of the store and he stated ARCO owns the store. I asked him if he’s the franchisee. He said he is. I left upset because I paid for the product I could not consume because it’s expired without any option to even get my money back or exchange the product. I got home and just threw it in the trash.
