Shopify - # sp85740 order number

Upon ordering one scarf my order was changed from one scarf to several, so I immediately canceled my order within minutes. My order came to over $100 dollars! I immediately contacted them and sent a email telling them to cancel that order. I have sent emails and called to no avail. My money was deducted from my bank account even after I canceled well within the 24 hours they require. Can you help me get my refund?
