The date started in early December and through today, 01/03/2022.
Every time I go to check out my order, it will not allow me to do so... Rejecting my card... For which there has never been a problem... Anywhere else.
When you call to complain... there is a significant wait to be connected. In the four calls I made, the wait was from 29 minutes to 1hr 6 min. When you explain the issue... you are told your account will need to be reset and that will take up to an hour. I wait the 1 hour and try again to no avail. I call again and again wait over an hour for a pick-up. Then I am told a supervisor will get back to me sometime today. Call never comes. Order remains in basket.
Two days later, still no resolution. This scenario is repeated over and over again. I am sure I am not alone in experiencing such ineptitude... Which is exonerated by an attitude of "sorry, I will once again attempt to reset your account.
Von's should not have entered the online grocery market, if in fact they were not prepared to do so... offering a minimal"customer service" protocol.
Desired outcome: I do not believe that Von's has a viable solution. I also, do not believe they care...or do not give their represenatives viable solutions
