Forever 21

Visited Topanga Plaza store in Canoga Park on 8/4/2021, 5:09pm. (Cashier, 5053407-Sofia). (got this info from my receipt)
Employee was very rude with an attitude.
First, I guess there was only 1 line to pay, but I was in a different line(no signs to tell customers know where's the line). She saw me when I stood there and didn't say anything. She waited to tell me there's only 1 line after she call the customer from another line. She said, "there's only 1 line, so go stand on the other side". When I approached the window to pay, she had a bad attitude and rude. After I gave her the payment and she gave me my change back, she asked me, "do you want a bag?, or do you want to take your things like that. (What!) Never ever before has an employee ever asked me that(maybe at a super market). I said, "do you really want me to walk out the store with my purchase on my hand?" This was very unprofessional. Never will I return to this store, I will go to a different location. Terrible service.
