Supercuts

I had an appointment today Tuesday April18th for 10:45 check in at 868 Southhampton Blvd Benecia CA 94510.

Upon arrival I was early. Waited 5minutes as I was early and my professional came out from the back to answer the phone and was eating. I told her it's fine I am early go ahead and eat. She insisted to give me the worst rushed haircut ever. She asked what I wanted and I said number 1 on top please no longer than an inch. She insisted, multiple times that is short and we ca. Always take more off. I know what I want my haircut to be so I don't like to haggle for what I want. It literally made me so upset I said fine, just please run the number 1 through my hair I don't like scissors as stuff gets missed.

She proceeded to not only use scissors and not run the number 1, but a number 2 as she decided was better for me only on the sides. Then again.. blended with scissors. After she finished in 10minutes, I pulled my bangs down to show her not only was my hair still 2 almost 3 inches long, however it wasn't even straight. She asked me what I wanted her to do to fix it.. I said nothing as I was so shocked. The hair behind my ears is not cut, and I have short patches where she went hard on the side with the number 2 once again not even what I asked for.
