A few weeks back, I walked in to the banning arco to get gas. As I was attempting to pay, the cashier immediately was aggressive with me. Saying "I ain't taking your raggedy as money" I was shocked and said"are you serious right now?" He said "you heard me [censored]" there a manager on site that had to came and ring me. I told them the way that he treated me and assured me that they were going to take care it. Iive been going to the same arco for years never had any issues what so ever. Then recently I came to get gas and he was working and told me that his bosses said to serve me. He was a very rude and threatening and his is Jerome.
Desired outcome: He be removed, you don't want some like that representing your company.
ARCO - Overcharging $40.5
The pump #1 at Arco station in Banning, CA (about 11am, 12/30/2021) did not take my debit card. I went inside, and the guy inside asked for how many I want. I said for $70.
I tanked for $70. The next day I saw my account was debited for $110.50.
(Debit Purchase Arco #42763 Ampmbanning Ca 12/30 Card 4268 - $110.50).
I want $40.50 back to my account.
Desired outcome: I want $40.50 back to my account.
