Quiznos - I’m complaining about product & customer service

I going into Quizno’s & there is 2 ladies behind the corner. Lady #1 takes my order. I ask for an Obay Lobster sandwich with no bacon & extra sauce. She asked if I wanted everything else on the sandwich & I say yes. She puts my sandwich on the toaster & told me Lady #2 will help at the register. I told her I like to watch my sandwich made & she said ok & went on to help the man behind me. Lady #2 was still help her previous customer & then she helps me. When making my sandwich I tell her I want extra meat. She adds the extra meat & goes to add the tomatoes. I remind her I order the one with obay seasoning & she says she’ll put it after. I told her I wanted it on the meat as I always get it. She gets an attitude & throws the tomatoes off to add the seasoning. At this point Lady #1 asked me to come to the register to pay. I pay & turn to see she didn’t put my extra sauce & she wrapping my sandwich. Tell Lady #1 my extra sauce wasn’t added & that’s why I like to watch my sandwich be made. I also said it doesn’t make for someone to have an attitude making your sandwich if your just watching making sure it made right. Lady #1 gives me sauce on the side & tells me that Lady #2 should have been clocked off so I say that’s the excuse for bad customer service & she says I didn’t get bad customer service & this is not Subway (whatever that meant) I then asked for the managers name & Lady #1 said she was the manager & I said if you think this is ok then I need to complain higher than you but she told me there’s nobody higher than her but the owner & she can’t give me his number. So I told her don’t worry I’d look up Corporate to complain.

Lady #1 name was Vanessa

Lady #2 name was Maria

Just know I LOVE your Obay Lobster sandwich & I don’t eat pork so I always watch them make so there’s no mistake with them adding it but I’ll learn how to make it at home before I spend my money on this kind of service.

Desired outcome: I would like a response. My name is Alicia [protected] or [protected]@gmail.com. Also for the employees to get customer service training so this don’t happen to anyone else spending their hard earned money in this establishment.
