To Whom It May Concern:
Jack in the box 11104 Olive Dr.in Bakersfield, CA 93312 Telephone 661 589 3264 mgr there is Diana. 9 times out of 10 at least 4 times a week I purchase from this location with much hesitation the customer service there is horrible those kids that work there are also rude lazy in a hurry obvious that they don't want to bother.. My spouse will literally not go there for that same reason he will ask me if I woul I have a great deal of patience however, I have met my limit with these employees at this location. This last visit on 2-09-20 drive thru my order consist of a variety large order we always spend around $45.00 to $70.00 at one given time. Orders NOT complete it's so inconvenient to have to drive back to pick the rest of missing items...in which the food is already cold. On this visit as the boy would hand me the bags I always ask ok this bag has? He says I don't know and other times yes yes obviously to get me out of drive thru... the pitas were NOT ready and they wanted to to pull around the front and park no cars behind me not one. However, they say there on timers... and I always say to them then your team needs to be quicker and more efficient. Why do I have to pull out because Jack in the box doesn't have the order complete on time this happens to often its ridiculous...in the past I would park wait... my drinks diluted, food getting cold waiting on food. The managers are a big joke this girl Diana and managers other girls are "ALWAYS ALWAYS RUDE" and at times cant understand their english broken and then with attitudes. I believe it's apparent that there not happy with their jobs... interested only in there checks... this happens inside as well I would appreciate a call from corporate regarding this location. To reiterate "RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL" they employees only care about beating the timer.
I have been married for 42 years and believe I've seen been around and truly this jack in the box needs to clean house and send someone from headquarters truly
