Hello. I'm trying to file a complaint about a purchase I made with my EBT card using cash transaction not food stamps. I bought a total of 7 Items that can be only purchased with cash being none of the 7 items could be purchased with food stamps cash only. They returned the items saying it would be back on my card if not come back with the return receipt given I later returned back to the store 5 days later to inform them and they said did I check my food stamps I said it would have been back on the cash not food stamps being they where household items
