Firestone Complete Auto Care

In Aprill 2022 I took my car to the Leilani Lane Firestone center (Tucson, AZ). I was totally satisfied with the work performed. However, when the technician was moving my car from the bay, he hit a stack of tires and damaged the right front quarter panel. I filed info with Kolby McKinney, it the claims department. He wanted me to sign a release stating that I would take no further action, FOR ONLY THE INITIAL ESTIMATE. This would not cover any damage not immediately seen on the first inspection, nor the cost of a rental car. I have tried to have him work with my insurance company (USAA) but to no avail. I am really disgusted that a company like Firestone would not bend over backwards to take care of a customer, especially when the local shop admits their liability.
