Been a customer for over 5 years, never had employee issues. Today was the worse experience at this store. I made the mistake asked mistake asked cash back, a new employee said they can't do that. I apologized and she called an employee named "Amanda" this employee was very condensending, horrible customer service, tried to be intimidating. Immediately she gave me a disgusted look which I became very disgusted at because in my 5 years of spending my money here I've never had any issues ever. This employee is making this store look so disgusting makes me wonder why the windows have been broken numerous times. I can assure you I'm not the only person she's treated this way. She needs to seriously be reprimanded because her bad unprofessional behavior is going to damage the reputation of this store. Especially on the side of town its located at. I have over 20 years of professional customer service and I myself have never treated my customers or patients this way. I really hope this issues gets resolved. I will be writing to the CEO as well.
