I called back in March 2022 cancel my membership they said it would take 30 days to be completed and I would have one more charge of $10 my monthly fee. April 2022 comes out a charge of $60 I call up and the say that I have not cancelled and this is an annual fee that occurs when you start your next year. I cancel and dispute the charges with them and my bank. May 10, 2020 fee again now $86 I call and again I’m charged for gym fee because my account is not cancelled and the annual. This supervisor cancels it this time says will refund the full amount. Called back on May 13,2022 no refund yet they said that as of today I have been cancelled only giving me back $25 I ask for verification and there OPS manager that I talk to the other day is out until next week. That she cannot give me more than verbal confirmation. So frustrated that they can continue to take money out and not cancel my account. I would not recommend them customers service is terrible and seems like no one checks on there business deals at all.
Desired outcome: Proof of cancelled membership and annual fee reimbursed. My account should be update no fees no more payments coming out.
