I have an issue with my driver not bringing my packages to my door, but leaving them outside my property on the street, 100 feet from my door. This is not the first time it has happened. These packages were 45 lbs each and easily seen from the road to be taken. The driver should have access to a dolly, so there should be no excuse these are not being brought to my door.
