I was in your snowflake, az, 85937 store as usual in the morning and had to deal with one of your employees name of tristan being rude and did not give me the cash back because I had gotten cash back earlier and he said I can only get cash back 1 time per day which I have done this before with no problem. But because he was in a bad mood he refused to give me cash back. Kelly the manager did fix the situation and took care of my problem but by this time I was done with the employee being rude because he was having a bad day. This is not the first time I have had this issue with tristan any time he is having a bad day the customers get treated like [censored] and if he is not in a bad mood it's a pleasant visit. But for being an assistant I think the customer service should be a lot better and being in a bad mood should not affect how you treat customers. I will no longer be going to any circle k until you can get better customer service in your stores.
Desired outcome: rep-remand employee. Make sure his attitude is always smiles no matter what his mood is.
