MagicJack - wrong phone number
I wanted to use my existing phone number but the system of magic jack did not provide for that selection..they gave me a phone number i did not want and I am very upset. in addition there is no way to contact them to resolve this matter.
please help me

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I renewed my subscription and had issues with doing that. I contacted a help desk person on line and she helped me through the process. So, you can contact someone but it will be online. Just FYI. It clearly states that you will be assigned a new number. You can pick your own number but from the list of numbers they provide you with. Now, quality is not so hot! I have bought 2 new phones and there is some crackling during the conversation. Not happy with that. Will keep service for another year. Good luck
